We do our best to maintain and practice the utmost safest measures, therefore we do require a few brief questions to be answered prior to meeting with you.

Our fees are based on the type of document that is being notarized as well as a travel fee based on your location, number of signers, number of pages. Please contact us for additional information or see basic pricing below.

- $5 Per Notarial Act (Set by Virginia)
- $75 Minimum Travel Fee (Fees Vary by zip code)
- $25 – $50 per Witness fee if applicable
- Trusts & Living Will Binders (120+ pages) $150+
- Estate Planning Documents starts at $125+
- Mailing/Printing available with a 25% surcharge
- $1.50 per page printing if applicable

Cancellation Policy: Fees are still due if the signing does not occur for any reasons when notary arrives, or if the appointment is canceled 30 minutes or less prior to scheduled time. Appointments canceled within thirty minutes of scheduled appointment slot will result in the loss of travel fees. (The amount billed for the notarizing of the document will be refunded to you)
Wait Policy – $120 per hour if we are waiting for you to arrive at the designated appointment time. Billed in 15 minute increments. It is at our discretion to wait up to 1 hour maximum.
General Policies:
- Verbal confirmation & a brief questionnaire is required from all clients
- $50 Reservation Fee to secure your appointment is required at the time of booking and credited to your final total unless your an Attorney, Dealership or on record customer who pays by check
- Upon arrival payment is due at the time of your appointment before your document is notarized.
