- Booking confirmation message – This will entail a short message to the guest thanking them for their booking and confirming that everything will be ready for them when they arrive.
- Check-in message – On the morning of the booking, the guest will need directions on how to enter the property and where they can park or find the key.
- Check-up message – The check-up message is during the guest’s stay to make sure they have everything they need.
- Check out message – On the morning the guest is due to check out, hosts will send a quick message to thank the guest and to let them know they are welcome back anytime

We place an emphasis on providing our clients comprehensive, knowledgeable reports on the properties they give us to monitor. Only through working together are we able to ensure our clients are notified of any issues as quickly as possible to help mitigate any risks. cost effective residential occupancy inspection that can be custom tailored to address your needs.
Recurring Monthly Packages for property visits:
(*One Time Residential Property Checks are $75 for the initial visit within 20 miles of 20148 (Ashburn, VA), additional fees will apply for other zip codes or a Recurring Monthly Package is required to get started.) We can provide custom solutions and packages for bulk investor portfolios. These packages are suitable for homeowners if you are taking a vacation or need basic services not including Short Term Rental Concierge Services.
LIGHT PACKAGE – $95/MONTH*/Per property
Our light service includes one exterior check per week (M-F).
GOLD PACKAGE – $125/MONTH*/PER PROPERTY
Our gold service includes one property check per week. One of these checks are exterior only, and two of the checks can include interior and exterior with full cooperation of the occupant.
PREMIUM PACKAGE – $165/MONTH*/pER PROPERTY
Our premium service includes two checks per week, you choose your desired services for either interior or exterior.
**Properties located more then 20 miles from our designated zip codes and properties larger than 4500 square feet, may be subject to additional fees.
Vacant properties
Is your vacant property or asset vulnerable to possible break-ins, weather issues, safety issues, vandalism or deterioration? Allow us to drive-by and visit the property for you. The performance of our services ensure that properties retain value and do not further deteriorate, become vandalized, or receive a citation from the local governing authority for their physical condition.
EXTERIOR INSPECTION SAMPLE OF SERVICES but not limited to:
- Ensure all entrances are secure: perform visual check for evidence of forced entry vandalism, theft or damage
- Check all outside faucets and hoses for leaks
- Removal of newspapers, flyers, packages, mail or other evidence of non-occupancy from exterior
- Visual inspection of the roof and gutters from the ground
- Visual inspection of the yard/landscaping to assure regular maintenance
- Checking for evidence of trespassers or vandalism
- Checking for signs of infestation
- Walk around each building on the premise (home, garage, shop, etc.)
- Look inside home through accessible windows or with key you provide
- Ensure sprinkler system is functioning
